The house
that work built.

Founded 2019. One roof, fourteen coaches, and a simple belief: ordinary people can hold hard standards.

01  Our Story

From a borrowed ring
to a full house.

We opened in 2019 with a borrowed boxing ring, six barbells and a lease we could barely cover. The plan was never to be the biggest gym on Katipunan. It was to be the one where the coaching is real, the mats are clean and nobody trains alone unless they want to.

Five years and one pandemic later, the floor has grown to 1,200 square meters: a strength pit, a striking room with eight heavy bags, a competition-size mat space and an engine room of bikes, rowers and sleds. What has not changed is the rule we started with: every person who walks in gets coached, whether they came to fight or just to feel human again after a desk day.

Today about nine hundred members call this place theirs: students, nurses on night shift, tito lifters, amateur fighters and kids who bow on and off the mats. Come be one of them.

02  What We Stand On

Four rules,
no exceptions.

Earned, not sold

No belt, spot on the fight team or bragging right in this building can be bought. Progress here is measured in showing up.

Safety is technique

Sparring is a privilege with prerequisites. Coaches control intensity, gear is mandatory, and egos get benched before people get hurt.

Hard is the point

We will scale the load, never the standard. The workout that changes you is rarely the one you were in the mood for.

Everyone gets a corner

Fighters get a corner in the ring. Everyone else gets one too: a coach who knows your name, your knee history and your next goal.
