Everything people actually ask the front desk, written down so you can read it at 2AM before finally deciding to come in.
Getting Started
Yes, and most of our members started exactly that way. Your first session is free: a coach gives you a floor tour, watches how you move and recommends a starting class. Group Conditioning and Boxing fundamentals are the two most common first stops. Nobody will make you spar, ever.
Clothes you can move in, a water bottle and a towel. We lend gloves, wraps and shin guards for your entire first month, so do not buy gear before you know what you like. Showers, soap and day lockers are free.
No. Classes are first come, first on the floor, and we cap them so coaching stays real. Arrive 10 to 15 minutes early for popular evening slots. The front desk can tell you by phone how full tonight's classes are running.
Fit enough to show up. Every drill scales: fewer rounds, lighter pace, more rest. The conditioning you are worried about not having is exactly what the classes build. Give it three weeks before you judge yourself.
Membership & Billing
No and no. Monthly memberships simply run out unless you renew. Quarterly and annual plans are prepaid for the discount, not to trap you. There are no exit fees anywhere on the rate card.
At the front desk: cash, GCash, Maya, and debit or credit cards. We keep signup in person on purpose, so you meet a coach and see the floor before you pay for anything.
Quarterly plans include one 14-day freeze, annual plans include 60 freeze days you can split. Medical freezes with a certificate are honored on any plan at no charge. Tell the desk before you disappear, not after.
Students and uniformed first responders get 10% off any plan with valid ID. Groups of four or more joining together get the quarterly rate applied to monthly terms for their first three months. Corporate rates exist; have your HR email us.
Training & Facility
Sparring is opt-in, coach-supervised and gated behind our fundamentals track. Headgear, mouthguard and appropriate gloves are mandatory. Intensity is set by the coach, not by whoever is feeling spicy that day. Break the rules once, you sit; twice, you are done sparring for the month.
Kids 6 to 12 train in the dedicated kids program on weekends. Teens 13 to 17 can join adult fundamentals classes with a signed guardian waiver. The gym floor is 16 and up. There is no upper limit; our oldest active member is 68 and deadlifts on Tuesdays.
Yes to all three. Showers and day lockers are free; bring your own padlock or buy one at the desk. Monthly private lockers are ₱350. Parking is at the rear of the building via Riverside Street, free for the first two hours for members.
Of course. We are a gym, not a relationship. Cross-training members from other boxing and BJJ gyms drop in all the time on day passes, and our competitors train wherever their camps need them to.
